In today’s world, full of regular calls, problems and oversaturation of information, you want to be out of reach of all the annoying or unsettling. That is why we are very glad that we were able to create this project and take it into implementation.
Harmony and serenity, the two qualities that characterise our landscaping project. The site is on a slope, on the shoreline, in the upper part there are large trees – birches, spruces, maples. Favourable to the plants of light sandy soils, proximity to water, protection from winds – an ideal site for the construction of a country house.
The smooth contours of the entrance alley, unobtrusive laconic groups of plants, thought-out functional lighting, all this gently descends to the topography from the entrance gate to the front porch, immersing us in a feeling of calm, comfort and security. In the front zone we have placed a small overflow pond, with jets of rising water, which grows out of the hills, modelled by the methods of landscape geoplastic in the upper part of the site.
The lower part of the site is totally closed from the road through well-planned architectural solutions, and planting hedges around the perimeter of the site. The lower part consists of a few open terraces, which can sit comfortably on the sofas and poufs. Here we also place a comfortable seating area next to the fire. We have arranged small green terraces, for the convenient movement of residents and guests on a flat area, and the lower part of the site was left with a natural slope, and thus optimize the movement of earth masses on the site.
In the coastline is located SPA complex with a pier, to which lead comfortable steps, as a separate architectural element, attractive to the eye and worthy of attention. Also, in the lower part is provided and walkway with a viewing platform at the water’s edge. There is also a small fruit garden – the trees are planted on hillsides, so we increase the distance from the groundwater to the root systems of the fruit trees, as they can’t stand flooding.
Usually in our projects we are guided by very calm and concise solutions, because when you come home you want to feel safe, comfortable and cosy, so we try not to overload the landscapes with constant active details. Usually we use seasonal accents such as blossoming trees and shrubs, bright fall colours of foliage, flowerbeds. This area is large and the landscape in general had been turned out quite peaceful, so we decided to add a little brightness to create a certain mood for the leisure time of the residents of the house. That’s why this is one of the few areas where we decided to use a device for RGB decorative lighting of plants and diode lighting of steps and terraces.
The landscape is designed in such a way that the whole decoration contributes to achieving a deep inner peace and complete satisfaction with the surrounding world and, as a consequence, to acquiring a sense of serenity.
