Elegance
One of our favourite sites which were designed and fully realized using clipped plant forms. The entry area features a huge ornamental apple tree ball that blooms stunningly in the spring, a hawthorn cone, numerous orbs of field maple, willow, blackthorn, rowan, and guelder rose, and in the front group are sheared hedges and lilacs on a bough. Variety lilacs with blue blossoms, bright in the fall hedges of ginnal maple, with globozum maples integrated into the hedge, a living wall of European lime, and lush cut hedges of cotoneaster shiny. The site is bright and interesting, as is our client.
It is one of the few sites we have had time to renovate. In spite of the fact that after initial works the site was completely satisfied by the client, with the lapse of time we wanted to make something new, to add something to the already favourite landscape. So, we had changes on the front lawn, it turned into an alley with ornamental apple trees and a platform under the tent. We also reduced the ornamental vegetable garden area, as the classic English greenhouse was enough for growing vegetables and herbs, and the beds were left only for strawberries.
And the main point, which had to be done during the work – we supplemented the site with landscape lighting and decorative lighting, which were not originally provided in the project. It shows that even if you think that landscape lighting is a surplus on the site, after a few years you will anyway come to the idea that a well-designed light on the site at times raises the aesthetic component of the garden and is an integral part of the landscape, which gives it the evening exquisite charm.
On this site we conduct weekly maintenance work with mowing the lawn, feeding the plants, mowing, processing and weeding. Thanks to this, the garden has been safely growing and developing for 8 years.
