- Stage 1 – The Conceptual Solution
This is the development of the basic design concept of the site. At this stage of design work we plan solution site – the location of buildings, functional filling of the site, the route of the footpath network, filling the garden plants and small forms. We create the structure and volume of the garden and prepare sets of reference materials for the future garden, as well as perform high quality 3D visualization of the object. At the same stage, we work through the concept of landscape lighting of the site and show the site in 3D visualization in the daytime and with evening lighting. Also, if desired, we can develop and 3D visualization of the site in different seasons for a more complete immersion and understanding of the future picture of your garden.
This stage of work is accompanied by the release of the following documentation:
- Sketch of a master plan
- Collection with references
- Detailed explanatory note
- 3D visualization in the daytime and evening with lighting
Development of the conceptual solution usually takes 1-1.5 months
- Stage 2 – Designing
This stage is characterized by the preparation of working documentation for the further implementation of the landscape project. This stage is necessary in order to most accurately and fully implement the concept of design of the landscape.
As a result of the development of this stage the following documentation will be developed:
- General Plan of the site
- Partitioning drawings with measurements
- Section on the structures of the road and path network, stairs, retaining walls and other landscape elements
- Drawings on the vertical layout of the site and cartogram of earth masses movement
- Layout drawings of paving with volumes
- Drawings on drainage of storm and groundwater
- Diagrams of automatic watering system
- Lighting arrangement drawings
- Planting drawings with assortment lists of trees and shrubs
- Detailed plans of flower beds with assortment list of perennial flowers
Terms of design works are usually 2-3 months
Time of drawing preparation and he cost of design work is always calculated individually, and depends on the area and complexity of the site, as well as the workload of the team at the time of signing the contract for design work.
